I saw a video online eyelash extensions, that someone comes along and I wonder where we could do. I also wonder if, after them, you can have mascara on itself and how much? (Canada)

I live in Los Angeles, and you can do for $ 15 too. You do not wear mascara with eyelash extensions. You should call to see that in Canada. But you stick to your own eyelashes with adhesive, and can break your own tabs or fall.
